Terms and Conditions of the Darly Underwear Online Store

§1. General provisions

1. The **Darily Underwear** online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") is operated by Bud-Tech Wiktoria Piotrowska, NIP 9671431335, at ul. Waliców 11/u13 in Warsaw.

2. The Regulations define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, payments, deliveries, complaints and returns.

3. Making a purchase in the Store is tantamount to accepting these regulations.

§2. Assortment

1. The store offers products such as underwear, nightwear and bodysuits.

2. All products are new, free from defects and sold in accordance with Polish law.

§3. Placing orders

1. Orders can be placed in the Store via the website, available 24/7.

2. The customer is obliged to provide correct contact details in order to complete the order.

3. Confirmation of order placement is sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer.

§4. Payments

1. The store offers the following payment methods:

a. Bank transfer.

b. Online payment via external payment operators.

c. Payment on delivery (cash on delivery).

2. The prices listed on the website are gross prices (including VAT).

§5. Delivery

1. Orders are delivered via:

a. Courier companies.

b. Parcel lockers.

c. Personal pickup.

2. Shipping costs are added to the order depending on the chosen shipping method and are displayed when placing the order.

3. Order processing time is usually 2 to 7 business days.

§6. Returns and exchanges of goods

1. In accordance with applicable law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days of receiving the order.

2. The following are not subject to return or exchange:

a. Underwear (panties and bras).

b. Clothing showing signs of use.

3. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to the Store's error.

4. Returns should be sent to ul. Niemcewicza 17/11, 02-306 Warsaw.

§7. Complaints

1. If a product is found to be defective, the customer has the right to file a complaint.

2. Complaints can be submitted to the e-mail address darlyunderwear.pl@gmial.com or in writing to the Store’s address.

3. The store will consider the complaint within 14 business days from the date of its receipt.

§8. Protection of personal data

1. The administrator of customers' personal data is the owner of the Store.

2. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders, handling returns, complaints and marketing purposes, if the customer consents to this.

3. The Customer has the right to view, correct and delete his/her personal data.

§9. Final provisions

1. The Store reserves the right to change the regulations. Customers will be informed about any change to the regulations on the Store's website.

2. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
